  • WHAT TO WEAR? Pants/skirt paired with the Official NatCon provided shirt and comfortable shoes.
  • WHAT NOT TO WEAR? Shorts, sando and slippers.
IDENTIFICATION
  • Participants need to show a Valid ID in case further verification is required by the stationed security personnel.
    • For Globe employees – present Globe ID
    • Non-Globe employees – present any valid ID (Driver’s license, SSS, employee ID)

SAFETY AND SECURITY GUIDELINES

ATTENDANCE TO THE NATCON
  • In order to ensure that we are able to sustain a whole day NatCon event that is free from the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), formerly known as Novel Coronavirus (2019 n-Cov), all guests are required to submit the Mandatory Screening Questionnaire 3 days prior NatCon day.
  • Attendees showing signs of fever, cough, difficulty in breathing and other respiratory symptoms are no longer encouraged to attend the NatCon.
  • In cases of sudden colds, cough and other respiratory symptoms experienced while in the NatCon, attendees are required to use a mask. Masks will be readily available at the 4 ERT booths stationed at the G/F Lobby area (2 booths) and 2/F Ballroom (2 booths).
DURING NATCON PROPER
  • Report to security presence of unusual object or baggage. Do not TOUCH it.
  • No baggage counter will be provided, please bring only small bags/items during event.
  • Inform security presence of unfamiliar face inside the venue.
  • Do not leave valuables unattended.
  • Sensitive information discussed in the meeting is strictly confidential.
  • Using of Drone is NOT ALLOWED
UPON ARRIVAL AND WHILE AT THE HOTEL
  • Do not entrust your baggage to anyone. Hotel representatives normally wear uniform and with identification card.
  • Properly tag/label your luggages
  • Safe keep your valuables in your room’s Safety Deposit Box
  • Do not entertain visitors unless personally known to you.
  • Avoid talking to stranger(s) who are trying to befriend you. Report to Security if he/she is persistent.

Event Check-in

    1. All pre-registered employees should check-in to confirm their attendance to the NatCon.
    2. NatCon check-in opens at 7AM and will close at exactly 9AM
    3. For those who have problems checking in please proceed directly to the NatCon 2020 Helpdesk located at Grand Ballroom lobby area, beside the Concierge.

    Step by Step process:

    • Attendee enters registered Globe Mobile number.
    • A video will appear to welcome the attendee and instruct the following:
      • Tap the digital puzzle piece to affirm commitment
      • Scan QR code to know more about the event

fellowship and raffle

  1. Attendees must proceed to the Grand Ballroom A and B by 7:30PM for the Fellowship program. This follows after dinner to be served at Grand Ballroom C and D.
  2. There is NO prescribed attire for the Fellowship. Come in your comfortable, party-all-night clothers. HAVE FUN
  3. Enjoy the night and drink responsibly

RAFFLE

  1. Eligible for Raffle are the following:
    • Must be a CMG employee
    • Not a member of CMG Mancom
    • Not a member of NATCON Core Committee
  2. The winners would be chosen via digital randomizer.
  3. Attendees can only win once.

      4. Person cannot nominate a relative up to second degree of consanguinity
      5. Person nominated should be present within the premises
