    Samsung will fulfill the processing and delivery of your freebies so these will come later than the delivery of your handset. Samsung's SLA after successful redemption via the Redemption Management System is as follows:

    • Within Metro Manila: 7 working days
    • Within Luzon: 10 working days
    • Within Visayas & Mindanao: 12 working days

    3. What is the warranty duration of the Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus/S21 Ultra and the freebies?

    All Samsung products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

    Warranty Period:

    • One (1) year for parts, labor, and battery
      Product hardware and original Samsung battery
    • Six (6) months for accessories
      Original Samsung charger and other accessories packaged with the product

    4. Who can I contact if the product received is faulty?

    For your handset, should you have any issues, you may bring it to Globe stores within 7 days upon receipt.
