Mobile Postpaid Promo Certificate

General Description

These Terms and Conditions specific to the GPlan Subscription (“GPlan”) supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the SA and these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail. All other terms and conditions of the SA not otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions shall remain binding and effective.

GPlan allows the Subscriber to select a mobile plan based on his/her requirements. This plan may be availed with a device, sim-only or GCash. Note that unlike the plan with device and sim-only, the plan with GCash is a limited-time promo offer only. To avail GPlan, the Subscriber simply needs to select his/her desired Plan Type and data allowance under these Terms and Conditions.

Plan Types

Subscription to GPlan requires enrollment in one of the following plan types:

  1. GPlan with Device refers to a mobile postpaid plan subscription consisting of the Subscriber’s chosen device/gadget and mobile data allowance. All plans in this Plan Type come with free monthly 3GB GoWiFi access to GoWiFi hotspots nationwide and free personal subscription to KonsultaMD for the duration of the plan.

    For GPlan 599, it comes with Unli All-Net Texts and Unli Calls to Globe/TM. Exclusive to GPlan 799 to 2499, it comes with Unli All-Net mobile calls, landline calls and texts.

    Under GPlan with Device, the Subscriber agrees that:

    1. His/her chosen GPlan with Device has a Holding Period/Lock-up of 12 months/24 months/36 months (depending on the available lock-up period of availed device/gadget from date of line activation), for which he/she will be charged the corresponding Monthly Recurring Fee (“MRF”).
    2. The MRF shall be the minimum payment due Globe.
    3. Any additional service availed within the billing cycle shall be automatically charged on top of his/her MRF for the current billing cycle.
    4. Global Telehealth, Inc. (KonsultaMD) will provide his/her KonsultaMD account which comes free with his/her availed GPlan subscription and this KonsultaMD subscription is coterminous with his/her chosen plan.
    5. He/she may terminate or downgrade his/her plan subject to full payment of a pre-termination fee (based on the formula below), as well as all outstanding and historical balances.

      Notes:
      1. Gadget Penalty Fee is the penalty imposed for not completing the holding period specified in the service contract.
      2. Handset Base Price (HBP) refers to the price of the availed device at the point of plan subscription.
      3. Cashout refers to the amount required from the Subscriber to avail the chosen device at a certain plan.
      4. Unpaid Monthly Installment refers to the portion of the cashout that has not been paid by the Subscriber in case of installment arrangement.
  2. GPlan Sim-Only refers to a line-only mobile postpaid plan subscription consisting of the Subscriber’s choice between Sim-Only with Call & Text or Sim-Only All Data, along with his/her chosen mobile data allowance. All plans in this Plan Type come with free monthly 3GB GoWiFi access to GoWiFi hotspots nationwide and free personal subscription to KonsultaMD for the duration of the plan. For GPlan Sim-Only 599, it comes with Unli All-Net Texts and Unli Calls to Globe/TM. Exclusive to GPlan Sim-Only 799 to 2499, it comes with Unli All-Net mobile calls, landline calls, and texts. For GPlan Sim-Only All Data, subscription comes with bigger mobile data allowance but no inclusion of free Calls & Texts or Landline Calls. Thus, for the latter, if the Subscriber calls or texts any network, whether on a promo subscription or pay-per-use, he/she shall be automatically charged on top of his/her MRF for the current billing cycle. Under GPlan Sim-Only, the Subscriber agrees that:
    1. His/her chosen GPlan Sim-Only has a Holding Period/Lock-up of 6 months (for GPlan Sim-Only All Data)/12 months (for GPlan Sim-Only) from date of line activation, for which he/she will be charged the corresponding Monthly Recurring Fee (“MRF”). The MRF shall be the minimum payment due Globe.
    2. The MRF shall be the minimum payment due Globe.
    3. Any additional service availed within the billing cycle shall be automatically charged on top of his/her MRF for the current billing cycle.
    4. Global Telehealth, Inc. (KonsultaMD) will provide his/her KonsultaMD account which comes free with his/her availed GPlan subscription and this KonsultaMD subscription is coterminous with his/her chosen plan.
    5. He/she may terminate or downgrade his/her plan subject to full payment of a pre-termination fee, as well as all outstanding and historical balances. The pre-termination fee amounts to Php2000 plus admin fee of Php550, which refers to the relevant costs incurred by Globe to process the request for plan termination or downgrade.
    6. Should he/she decide in the future to avail a device/gadget, the Subscriber would need to change his/her plan to GPlan With Device and will no longer get to enjoy the same mobile data allowance in his/her current GPlan Sim-Only subscription. The Subscriber will be required to pay his/her pre-termination fee and all outstanding and historical balances, before such change is allowed. Change to GPlan With Device shall take effect in the next billing cycle with the new 12 months/24 months/36 months Holding Period/Lock-up (depending on the available lock-up period of availed device).
  3. GPlan with GCash refers to a mobile postpaid plan subscription which allows the Subscriber to receive a GCash amount based on his/her chosen plan, along with his/her chosen mobile data allowance. All plans in this Plan Type come with free monthly 3GB GoWiFi access to GoWiFi hotspots nationwide and free personal subscription to KonsultaMD for the duration of the plan. For GPlan with GCash 599, it comes with Unli All-Net Texts and Unli Calls to Globe/TM. Exclusive to GPlan with GCash 799 to 2499, it comes with Unli All-Net mobile calls, landline calls, and texts. Unlike GPlan with Device and GPlan Sim-Only, GPlan with GCash is a limited-time promo offer only, which means that subscription to this Plan Type can be availed by a Subscriber within a certain promo period only. Under GPlan with GCash, the Subscriber agrees that:
    1. His/her chosen GPlan with GCash has a Holding Period/Lock-up of 24 months from date of line activation, for which he/she will be charged the corresponding Monthly Recurring Fee (“MRF”).
    2. The MRF shall be the minimum payment due Globe.
    3. He/she has the responsibility to create his/her GCash account upon issuance of his/her mobile number; failure to complete his/her GCash registration within 24 hours from issuance of mobile number may mean forfeiture of the GCash amount that comes with his/her availed plan. In case he/she already successfully created his/her GCash account but still failed to receive the GCash amount, he/she may file a concern in GlobeOne Help & Support and a GCash representative will address the issue within 3-5 business days.
    4. He/she understands that the GCash account to be created must be based on the mobile number of his/her availed GPlan with GCash; failure to use this mobile number upon GCash registration may mean forfeiture of the GCash amount that comes with his/her plan.
    5. In case of plan renewal, he/she must ensure that his/her mobile number for plan renewal has a working GCash account that is owned by him/her; further, he/she understands that the active GCash account must be based on the mobile number for plan renewal with GPlan with GCash; if his/her mobile number for plan renewal encounters issues with GCash, he/she has the responsibility to fix the same with GCash before he/she can proceed with plan renewal.
    6. Any additional service availed within the billing cycle shall be automatically charged on top of his/her MRF for the current billing cycle.
    7. Global Telehealth, Inc. (KonsultaMD) will provide his/her KonsultaMD account which comes free with his/her availed GPlan subscription, this KonsultaMD subscription is coterminous with his/her chosen plan.
    8. He/she may terminate or downgrade his/her plan subject to full payment of a pre-termination fee (based on the formula below), as well as all outstanding and historical balances.

Add-Ons

Additional services on top of the inclusions of the Subscriber’s chosen GPlan, such as but not limited to additional data promo, international roaming service, content subscription, value-added service, 0917 Lifestyle Booster (see mechanics below) and Share-A-Load service, can be availed any time, subject to Subscriber’s Spending Limit:

  1. Availment of add-ons will require raising a request through any of the Globe official channels, such as online via the GlobeOne app or web, social via Facebook Messenger (Gie), or the Globe Stores. The corresponding fee(s) for each add-on shall be automatically charged on top of the MRF for the current bill period.
  2. If Subscriber avails of a recurring add-on, it will auto-renew every thirty (30) days unless the Subscriber opts-out of the add-on. Opt out from the add-on will require raising a request through any of the Globe official channels, such as online via the GlobeOne app or web, social via Facebook Messenger (Gie), or the Globe Stores. However, the Subscriber will not receive any refund or rebate of the monthly fee(s) incurred for the unused Add-on(s) opted-out regardless of opt out date.
  3. If Subscriber avails of a one-time add-on, it will expire based on stated promo validity and will not auto-renew. Should he/she wish to enjoy the add-on again, Subscriber must register again by raising a request through any of the Globe official channels, such as online via the GlobeOne app or web, social via Facebook Messenger (Gie), or the Globe Stores.
  4. Availment of a combination of add-ons is allowed, as long as within the Subscriber’s Spending Limit.

0917 Lifestyle Booster (Available only in Globe Stores)

  1. A customer who subscribed to any GPlan + a 0917 Lifestyle Product worth AT LEAST One Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (P1,200.00) can have the cost of the Lifestyle item charged to his/her postpaid bill at One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) per month.
  2. A customer can choose between two (2) DC BOOSTER OPTIONS; DC BOOSTER 1200 and DC BOOSTER 1800 applicable to Lifestyle Apparel & Gadget Accessories with at least Php1,200 Retail Selling Price. Customer may refer to the sample illustration below.
     
    Mechanics DC Booster Example/Scenario
    Subscriber to any GPlan & purchase 1 Lifestyle item, select DC Booster and have it to charge it your bill at Php100 per month. DC BOOSTER 1200 - P100 will be charged to bill for a period of 12 months. Customer avails GPLAN 599 and buys 0917 Hoodie worth P1,495
    Cash out (any MOP) - Php295; CTB Php100x12
    DC BOOSTER 1800 - P100 will be charged to bill for a period of 18 months. Customer avails GPLAN 999 and buys 0917 TWS Earbuds + Speaker worth P1,999
    Cash out (any MOP) - Php199; CTB Php100x18
  3. If a customer is eligible and agreed to avail a 0917 Lifestyle Product as add-on, the customer agrees that the total amount of the booster availed forms part of the allowable spending limit and will be charged to the bill of the additional account or recontracted account, on top of the monthly recurring fee until its full term as indicated in the booster plan availed of. Add-on will appear in the billing statement as DC LIFESTYLE BOOSTER 1200 or DC BOOSTER 1800.
  4. If the amount of the 0917 Lifestyle Product is more than the availed booster, the price difference should be paid upfront through any accepted modes of payment in the Globe Store.
  5. The 0917 Lifestyle Product availed may be returned or replaced within seven (7) days for Apparel & Branded items, thirty (30) days for non-0917 branded accessories & sixty (60) days for 0917 branded Gadget Accessories from the date of receipt due to factory defects or damages, following the standard warranty coverage and procedure. For apparel items, customer shall ensure the correctness of the design and size of the item/s chosen as the same will not be replaced on account of erroneous size actually chosen by the customer. Any signs of mishandling or negligence on the part of the customer, as solely determined by Globe, shall void the warranty. The customer shall present the official receipt and the defective item (inclusive of all the accessories or parts and the box) for replacement in any participating Globe Store, subject to stock availability. Refunds are strictly not allowed. The return and replacement of the 0917 Lifestyle Product shal not in anyway disrupt the monthly charging.
  6. If the postpaid account is terminated or the booster is opted out during the lock-in period, any outstanding or unpaid balance of the 0917 Lifestyle Product shall be fully charged and included in the total amount due for payment within the next one (1) to two (2) months billing cycle.

Spending Limit

Subscriber’s GPlan will have a default Spending Limit, which is the amount a subscriber can spend for additional services on top of his/her plan within a specific billing period. When this amount is reached, availment of additional services may be disabled to help manage subscriber spending. The Spending Limit amount shall be at least minimum Php200 on top of his/her MRF amount. The Spending Limit amount may be changed by raising a request through any of the Globe official channels, such as online via the GlobeOne app or web, social via Facebook Messenger (Gie), or the Globe Stores, subject to the approval of Globe under existing criteria, terms and conditions. Globe reserves the right to review and revise the criteria, terms and conditions for the increase or decrease of the Spending Limit.

Paperless Billing

Globe shall send the Subscriber his/her Billing Statement digitally using the email address provided on the subscription agreement and via a text from GLOBEMYBILL which contains a secure link that will let the Subscriber view, download and save his/her billing statement using a phone, tablet, PC or laptop. Subscriber undertakes that he/she has provided Globe with a valid and active e-mail address on the subscription agreement. Should there be any changes on his/her email address, Subscriber will notify Globe through any of the Globe official channels, such as online via the GlobeOne app or web, social via Facebook Messenger (Gie), or the Globe Stores.

If Subscriber requires a printed copy of his/her Billing Statement, he/she may (i) print a copy thereof by accessing his/her GlobeOne app; or (ii) when he downloads his/her bill from the text sent to him by GLOBEMYBILL.

KonsultaMD Subscription

KonsultaMD (KMD) is a telehealth membership service that allows the subscriber to have 24/7 unlimited access to licensed doctors, no appointment needed. The subscriber can consult a doctor via voice or video call anytime.

Subscription to GPlan comes with unlimited voice consultation and 1 video consultation per month. This also includes e-Prescription, e-Laboratory Requests and e-Medical Certificate.

This free KonsultaMD Personal Plan is coterminous with the GPlan Subscription. All matters, question and concerns shall be referred to and handled by KonsultaMD (Global Telehealth, Inc.).

Personal Information

Subscriber undertakes that subscription to GPlan may entail use, disclosure, and sharing with Globe’s subsidiaries and affiliates including but not limited to Globe Capital Venture Holdings, Inc. [917 Ventures], G-Xchange, Inc. [GCash], Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc. [Mynt], Fuse Lending, Inc. [Fuse], AdSpark, Inc. [AdSpark], Kickstart Ventures, Inc. [Kickstart], Global Telehealth,Inc. [KonsultaMD], Electronic Commerce Payments, Inc. [ECPay], Asticom Technology, Inc. [Asticom], and Yondu, Inc. [Yondu] (hereinafter “subsidiaries and affiliates”), partners, and third-party service providers, all information contained in this application about me and my subscription, my network and connections, my service usage and payment patterns, information about the device and equipment I use to access your service, websites and apps used in your services, information from your subsidiaries and affiliates, partners, and third-party service providers including third-party advertisers, and any data or analytics derived therefrom, in whatever form (hereinafter “Personal Information”), for the following purposes: processing any application or request for availment of any product and/or service which they order, improving your/their products and services, credit investigation and scoring, advertising and promoting new products and services, to the end of improving my and/or the public’s customer experience.

Gadget Features

If subscribed to GPlan with Device, the Subscriber acknowledges that the Device/Gadget he/she receives in connection with his/her GPlan subscription is locked to Globe’s network. The Subscriber shall not have said lock removed or disabled within his/her Holding Period/Lockup. If Subscriber is already out of his Holding Period/Lockup, he may request for unlocking by raising a request through any of the Globe official channels, such as online via the GlobeOne app or web, social via Facebook Messenger (Gie), or the Globe Stores.

The Subscriber acknowledges that he/she has reviewed and understood all the features of the Gadget obtained, especially when it involves using the Gadget to access the internet, including how to unregister from the same if necessary. The Subscriber is aware that there are charges for accessing the internet using his/her Gadget depending on the mobile internet service availed of or registered to on top of his/her MRF. In addition, the Subscriber who will use roaming services shall be responsible for accessing Globe’s website for information on applicable roaming internet, call and text rates.

Gadget Replacement and Repair

Within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the Gadget, the Subscriber shall submit to any Globe Store the defective Gadget (inclusive of the gadget, accessories and box), the official receipt and/or other documents supporting the transaction (i.e. the form which contains Gadget model and IMEI number).

Beyond seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the Gadget, GLOBE shall not accept any Gadget replacement. Instead, the Subscriber shall submit the defective Gadget through the Gadget manufacturer’s authorized service center(s) for repair.

All GLOBE provided Gadgets have a one (1) year Manufacturer’s Warranty (“Warranty Period”). After the Warranty Period, Subscriber may still report Gadget’s defects to Globe but charges for repair and other associated costs will apply.

Apple Inc.’s Warranty Terms and Conditions for iPhone

Apple Inc. (‘Apple”) provides a limited one (1)-year manufacturer's warranty ("Warranty Period") from date of purchase. The limited warranty shall be Apple’s sole responsibility during the Warranty Period and covers all iPhone-related software and hardware concerns. Subscriber has the obligation to read/view carefully the complete terms and conditions of Apple warranty available at https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/products/iphone-english-a.html. For iPhone assessment, the following Apple Service Providers can be contacted by the Subscriber:

Other Provisions

Even if Subscriber’s subscription to his/her GPlan is suspended/barred, the Subscriber shall still be billed for the MRF, but he/she shall not be able to use the service until Subscriber settles the overdue balance of his/her account in full. Upon full settlement of overdue balance, Subscriber will be reconnected and will enjoy his/her GPlan inclusions.

GLOBE reserves the right to add, delete or modify any or all of the offerings under the GPlan.

GFiber Unli Plans Terms and Conditions

General Description

These Special Terms supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”) and Terms and Conditions specific to the Globe At Home Plans (“T&C”) (the SA and T&C shall be collectively referred to as “Agreement”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the SA and these Special Terms, the provisions of these Special Terms shall prevail as to the subject matter herein contained. All other terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement not otherwise inconsistent with these Special Terms shall remain binding and effective.

    Prime Video can only be availed via email. An email with the redemption link will be sent by [email protected] to customer’s registered email address. This voucher should be redeemed within 20 days of installation/plan upgrade confirmation.

    Failure to redeem the free content vouchers within the allowable period shall forfeit the offer. Content access will be terminated for customers who do not give their confirmation to extend by the end of the free trial.

    For Plans 2099 and below:
    Landline is not included and cannot be purchased as an add-on.

    For Plans 2499 and above:
    Landline comes with:

    *Calls made to non-Globe and international calls will be charged accordingly and are not covered by the promo. P99/month landline fee will be charged starting on the 25th month.

  • INSTALLATION FEE

    The installation fee worth Two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (PhP 2,400) will be paid via installments over the first Twelve (12) monthly bills.

    For No Lock Up option for Pre-qualified subscribers: Installation fee is paid upfront

Content

Billing charges will be the Monthly Recurring Fee (MRF) of the plan and other charges of the following content tack-ons, subject to availment and/or continuing availment by the Subscriber:

  1. Amazon Prime Video: P259/month starting on the 4th month
  2. Viu: P129/month starting on the 4th month
  3. KonsultaMD: P150/month starting on the 4th month
  4. Discovery+: P129/month starting on the 4th month
  5. HBO GO: P149/month starting on the 4th month

Upon activation of a broadband account, except for Amazon Prime, the customer has sixty (60) days to redeem the free content vouchers. Failure to redeem the free content vouchers within the said period shall forfeit the offer. These free contents are not refundable/convertible to cash if unused partially or completely. Installation

Installations made on the same day of submission of application forms to direct sales agents are temporary in nature and subject to the conduct of full verification of the required supporting documents. Acceptance and approval of application is subject to Globe’s sole discretion and policy.

Pre-termination Fee

The standard fees below shall apply should the subscriber decide to terminate his/her account at any time within the twenty-four (24)-month lock-up period (for Plan 1699 and above) and thirty-six (36)-month lock-up period (for Plan 1299).

Modem fee (FIBER/VDSL) of PhP 4,500 + 2 MRF + balance of any amortization

Once the Pre-Termination Fees are paid by the subscriber, the ownership of the modem will be transferred to the subscriber and the same shall not be returned to Globe for any reasons.

Lock-up Period

For Plan 1299 Default lock-up period for new subscribers will be thirty-six (36) months unless the ‘No lock up’ option is availed in which case the subscriber would have to pay for the modem device upfront (P4,500 - VDSL/Fiber) plus the installation fee of PhP 1,200.
Plan 1699 and above: Default lock-up period for new subscribers will be twenty-four (24) months unless the ‘No lock up’ option is availed in which case the subscriber would have to pay for the modem device upfront (P4,500 - VDSL/Fiber) plus the installation fee of PhP 1,200.

Amount to be collected upon installation:

For 24/36 months lockup: 1 Monthly Recurring Fee (MRF)
For no lockup: PhP 1,200 upfront installation fee + 1 MRF + PhP 4500 modem fee

These Special Terms supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”)**and Terms and Conditions specific to the Globe At Home Plans (“T&C”) (the SA and T&C shall be collectively referred to as “Agreement”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the SA and these Special Terms, the provisions of these Special Terms shall prevail as to the subject matter herein contained. All other terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement not otherwise inconsistent with these Special Terms shall remain binding and effective.

Existing Postpaid Mobile Customers will get a free speed boost valid for 6 months and free installation when they avail of a Globe At Home Broadband Plan. Offer is eligible for Wired plans 1599 (GPON technology only) and 2099 (GPON technology only) with corresponding free speed boost per plan: up to 100Mbps for Plan 1599 and up to 200Mbps for Plan 2099. Installation

Installations made on the same day of submission of application forms to direct sales agents are temporary in nature and subject to the conduct of full verification of the required supporting documents. Acceptance and approval of application is subject to Globe’s sole discretion and policy.

Pre-termination Fees

Standard Fees (modem fee plus 2 months MRF) will apply should the subscriber decide to terminate his/her account at any time within the twenty four (24)-month lock-up period. Below are the applicable modem fees, depending on the plan availed of:

Saddle Row Promo Certificate for ThePLAN

General Description

These Terms and Conditions specific to the ThePLAN Subscription and Saddle Row Ride Kit (“ThePLAN”) supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the SA and these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. All other terms and conditions of the SA not otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions shall remain binding and effective.

ThePLAN allows the Subscriber to create a mobile plan depending on his/her requirements. This plan may be availed with a line only, mobile gadget or 3rd party device. To build a plan, the Subscriber simply needs to choose and add together relevant and available surf, lifestyle or call and text packs (the “Packs”) under these Terms and Conditions.

Plans

ThePLAN requires enrollment in either:

  1. ThePLAN PLUS refers to a line only subscription consisting of a combination of different Packs chosen by the Subscriber. Being on a SIM Only plan gives the Subscriber an additional benefit of bonus value that may be used to avail more Packs:
    • Surf Pack which refers to any GoSURF offers that give the Subscriber specific data allocation in megabytes (MB) or gigabytes (GB) on a monthly basis;
    • ifestyle Pack which refers to access or subscription to lifestyle, entertainment, music, or work related sites and apps; or
    • Call and Text Pack which refers to call and text bundles to local networks and International Direct Dialing (IDD) offers.

    The combination created herein above by the Subscriber will be his/her personalized ThePLAN for which he/she will be charged the corresponding Monthly Recurring Fee (“MRF”). The MRF shall be the minimum payment due to GLOBE. Under the ThePLAN PLUS, the Subscriber further agrees that he/she:
    1. Must maintain a mandatory Surf Pack offer, regardless of the plan, throughout the twenty four (24) months Holding Period/Lock-up,
    2. May change/replace any of the Packs enrolled in, as long as a Surf Pack offer is retained. Such changes/replacement shall be applied on the next bill cut-off period,
    3. May opt out from the his/her enrolled Lifestyle Pack or Call and Text Pack (“Non-Surf Pack”) without replacing the same with another pack but his/her MRF will remain the same as the value of the Pack opted-out shall be converted to consumable allowance unless the Subscriber applies for a change in his/her plan,
    4. Agrees that the consumable allowance includes exclusive use for local SMS, calls, and mobile browsing. Any and all unused consumable allowance will be forfeited after 30 days, and a new allocation of consumable allowance shall be provided at the next billing cycle. The consumable allowance absolutely excludes international roaming service, value-added services (e.g., ringtone, ring back tone), Share-A-Load service, and other content services. Additional corresponding fees shall be billed on top of the MRF for international roaming service, value-added services, Share-A-Load service and other content services,
    5. May decide in the future to avail a mobile gadget, the Subscriber would need to change his/her plan to the ThePLAN With a Gadget offer and will no longer get to enjoy the additional advantages of the ThePLAN PLUS,
    6. Aware that ThePLAN PLUS now comes with no Holding Period/Lock-up, and should Subscriber decide to terminate his/her plan or change his/her plan to ThePLAN With a Gadget anytime, he/she may do so without the need to pay a pre-termination fee. Subscriber will be required to pay all outstanding balances before such change is allowed. Change of plan with Gadget shall take effect in the next billing cycle with the new 24 months Holding Period/Lock-up to start.
  2. ThePLAN With Saddle Row Ride Kit refers to a plan subscription consisting of a combination of different Packs chosen by the Subscriber along with the Saddle Row Ride Kit.

    The combination created herein above by the Subscriber will be his/her personalized ThePLAN With Saddle Row Ride Kit during the Holding Period/Lock-up of 24 months from date of line activation for which he/she will be charged the corresponding Monthly Recurring Fee (“MRF”). The MRF shall be the minimum payment due Globe. Under the ThePLAN With Saddle Row Ride Kit, the Subscriber further agrees that he/she:
    1. Must maintain a mandatory Surf Pack offer, regardless of the plan, throughout the twenty four (24) months Holding Period/Lock-up,
    2. May change/replace any of the Packs enrolled in, as long as a Surf Pack offer is retained. Such changes/replacement shall be applied on the next bill cut-off period,
    3.       Notes:
      1. Ride Kit Base Price refers the price of the device at the point of plan subscription.
      2. Cashout refers to the amount required from the customer to avail of the device at a certain plan.
      3. Unpaid monthly instalment refers to the portion of the cashout that has not been paid by the customer in cases of instalment arrangement.

Packs

  1. There are two types of Surf Packs, Base Surf Packs and Add Surf Packs. Base Surf Packs can only be availed one variant at a time and shall not co-exist with each other. Add Surf Packs are additional GBs that can be added on to the Base Surf Packs and can be availed multiple times.
  2. Enrolment in any one or a combination of available Lifestyle Pack and/or Call and Text Pack variants can be undertaken.
  3. Additional enrolment in a Pack will require either going to the nearest Globe Store, or calling the Hotline, or logging-on to the Globe website (Plan Builder). The corresponding monthly fee(s) for each Pack variants will be automatically charged on top of the MRF for the current bill period. The Pack(s) enrolled in will auto-renew every 30 days unless the Subscriber opts-out of or terminates the Pack. Opt out from or termination of the Pack will require either going to the nearest Globe Store or calling the Hotline. However, the Subscriber will not receive any refund or rebate for the unused monthly fee(s) for the Pack(s) opted-out regardless of opt out date.

MRF Round Up

The actual MRF for the ThePLAN shall be in accordance with Globe’s billing principle. Thus, the Subscriber agrees that his/her MRF will be rounded up if the resulting computed amount of the plan created is not in accordance with Globe’s billing principle; the difference will form part of the Subscriber’s consumable allowance that may be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Spending Limit Service

Subscriber’s ThePLAN will have a default Spending Limit, which is the amount he/she can spend for outgoing services (calls, texts, data) on top of his/her plan within a specific billing period. When this amount is reached, outgoing services may be disabled to help manage subscriber spending. The Spending Limit amount shall be at least minimum Php200 on top of his MRF amount.

The Spending Limit amount may be changed though Globe self-service channels, hotline, or Globe Store subject to the approval of Globe under existing criteria, terms and conditions. Globe reserves the right to review and revise the criteria, terms and conditions for the increase or decrease of the Spending Limit.

Paperless Billing

Globe shall send the Subscriber his/her Billing Statement digitally using the email address provided on the SA and via a text from GLOBEMYBILL which contains a secure link that will let the Subscriber view, download and save his/her billing statement using a phone, tablet, PC or laptop. The Subscriber undertakes that he/she has provided Globe with a valid and active e-mail address on the SA. Should there be any changes on his/her email address, the Subscriber will notify Globe thereof by going to the nearest Globe Store, calling the Hotline, or updating his info via *143#.

If the Subscriber requires a printed copy of his/her Billing Statement, he/she may (i) print a copy thereof by accessing his/her myBill Account through the Globe website (www.globe.com.ph); or (ii) when he/she downloads his/her bill from the text sent to him/her by GLOBEMYBILL.

Saddle Row Ride Kit

The Subscriber acknowledges that ---

  1. he/she purchased the Saddle Row Ride Kit from HC Amber Athletics Inc. (“Saddle Row”),
  2. he/she consents that Globe can share his/her personal information such as name, mobile number and complete address with Saddle Row for the following purposes: (1) delivery, after sales support (replacement or repair) of the Saddle Row Ride Kit, and (2) redemption of Saddle Row online class vouchers via SHOOR,
  3. he/she agrees and abides by the Saddle Row’s terms and conditions, privacy policy and waiver, with regard to the use of the Saddle Row Ride Kit and online class vouchers, and
  4. he/she hold Globe, its subsidiaries and affiliates free and harmless from any claims that may arise as a result of the use of the Saddle Row Ride Kit and online class vouchers.

Other Provisions

Even if the Subscriber’s subscription to his/her ThePLAN is suspended/barred, the Subscriber shall still be billed for the MRF, but he/she shall not be able to use the service until the Subscriber settles the overdue balance of his/her account in full. Once suspended/barred, all variants of the Packs enrolled in shall be opted-out/terminated. Upon reconnection, however, the same shall be re-activated without need of re-enrollment.

GLOBE reserves the right to add, delete or modify any or all of the offerings under the ThePLAN.

Saddle Row Promo Certificate for ThePLATINUM Plan

General Description

These Terms and Conditions specific to ThePLATINUM Plan and Saddle Row Ride Kit and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS (“Plans”) supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”) and Postpaid Subscription Agreement (www.globe.com.ph). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the SA and Platinum Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Platinum Terms and Conditions specific to the Plans shall prevail. All other terms and conditions of the SA not otherwise inconsistent with these Platinum Terms and Conditions shall remain applicable.

ThePLATINUM Plan and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS are available to new applicants, and existing Globe postpaid and Platinum subscribers. This plan may be availed with a line only, mobile gadget or 3rd party device. Regular Globe postpaid requirements apply. Additional requirements may be requested if deemed necessary. All applications are subject for approval.

ThePLATINUM Plan and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS have variants based on their Monthly Recurring Fees (MRF):

  1. Plan 3799
  2. Plan 4999
  3. Plan 7999

Regardless of variant, ThePLATINUM Plan and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS come with the following built-in services:

  1. Platinum All-Month Surf (up to 60 GB)
  2. Unlimited calls to all networks;
  3. Unlimited texts to all networks; and
  4. Unlimited calls to landline and DUO numbers in the same area.

Platinum Plan Options:

The Subscriber may enroll in any of the following ThePLATINUM Plan variants:

  1. ThePLATINUM Plan 3799, which includes:
    1. Free mobile gadget or 3rd party device
    2. Built-in services
  2. ThePLATINUM Plan 4999, which includes:
    1. Free mobile gadget or 3rd party device
    2. Built-in services
    3. Two (2) days Data Roaming
    4. Php 1,500 worth of consumable allowance
  3. ThePLATINUM Plan 7999, which includes
    1. Free mobile gadget or 3rd party device
    2. Built-in services
    3. Four (4) days Data Roaming
    4. Php 3,000 worth of consumable allowance

Or, the Subscriber may enroll in any of the following ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS variants:

  1. ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS 3799 which includes:
    1. Built-in services
    2. Dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager
    3. Three (3) days Data Roaming
    4. Php 1,500 worth of consumable allowance
  2. ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS 4999 which includes:
    1. Built-in services
    2. Dedicated Platinum relationship manager
    3. Five (5) days Data Roaming
    4. Php 2,250 worth of consumable allowance
  3. ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS 7999, which includes:
    1. Built-in services
    2. Dedicated Platinum relationship manager
    3. Seven (7) days Roam Surf
    4. Php 4,250 worth of consumable allowance

 

ThePLATINUM Plan shall have a holding period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of line activation (“Holding Period”), depending on the choice of device. ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS shall have no holding period.

Upon enrollment in ThePLATINUM Plan and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS, the Subscriber further agrees that:

  1. For plans inclusive of the consumable allowance, it shall be used for:
    1. International calls and texts
    2. Subscription to select digital content
    3. Roaming calls and texts
    Upon activation, the consumable allowance shall be provided in full and without proration. Any and all unused consumable allowance will be forfeited after every billing cycle, and the allowance shall be refreshed at the next billing cycle.
  2. Regular rates for international calls and texts, and zonal rates for roaming calls and texts will apply. Any charges exceeding the consumable allowance will be billed on top of the monthly recurring fee.
  3. The consumable allowance will not be used for any data roaming promos or per MB charging. All charges from mobile data roaming will be billed on top of the monthly recurring fee.
  4. With the Platinum All-Month Surf, Subscriber will enjoy continuous local data surfing without additional charges. When he/she has exceeded the 60GB, Globe’s Fair Use Policy will apply to this service. Globe will implement network management control measures to give all its customers the opportunity to enjoy Globe network.
  5. For ThePLATINUM Plan, the Subscriber may avail the services of a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager for Php 199 every month. The amount will be deducted from the consumable allowance and will auto-renew every billing cycle. The subscriber can opt out of the dedicated Platinum Manager at any time with the modification taking effect on the next billing cycle. A dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager is included in ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS and will not deduct any amount from the consumable allowance. In the absence of available consumable allowance, the amount will be billed on top of the monthly recurring fee.
  6. The Subscriber may opt-in to selected content subscriptions and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the consumable allowance. If applicable, the content subscription will auto-renew and deduct from the consumable allowance every billing cycle unless the Subscriber opts-out of or terminates the content subscription. The subscriber can opt-out of a subscription at any time and the modification will take effect on the next billing cycle. Opt-out from or termination of the content subscription will require either going to the nearest Globe Store or calling the Platinum Hotline or by chatting Thea (glbe.co/Thea), the Platinum Digital Assistant, or by calling his/her Platinum Relationship Managers . However, the Subscriber will not receive any refund or rebate for the unused consumable allowance for the content subscription opted-out regardless of opt out date. In the absence of available consumable allowance, the charges will be billed on top of the monthly recurring fee.
  7. During the Holding Period for ThePLATINUM Plan, the subscriber shall not terminate nor downgrade his/her plan.

    Otherwise, a pre-termination fee based on the formula below and P550 administration fee will be charged against the Subscriber.

Platinum Surf Refresh

Platinum Surf Refresh is available to existing ThePLATINUM Plan and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS subscribers (“Subscriber”), whose mobile data experience have reached the 60GB threshold of the Platinum All-Month Surf within one bill cycle.

The Subscriber may register to any of the following Platinum Surf Refresh variants:

  1. Platinum Surf Refresh Freebie
    1. Free
    2. Data threshold worth 5GB
    3. Valid for fifteen (15) days
  2. Platinum Surf Refresh 299
    1. Priced at Php 299
    2. Data threshold worth 5GB

  1. Subscriber will temporarily experience normal data speeds of up to 42Mbps until the data threshold of the Platinum Surf Refresh is reached or expires. Globe ‘s Fair Use Policy applies.(https://www.globe.com.ph/fup.html)
  2. Subscriber may only register to Platinum Surf Refresh Freebie once and may register multiple times to Platinum Surf Refresh 299 and Platinum Surf Refresh 599. All Platinum Surf Refresh may be used simultaneously.
  3. When Subscriber is registered to multiple Platinum Surf Refresh simultaneously, data threshold will be consolidated and will expire fifteen (15) days after the most recent promo registration. Unused and unexpired data threshold will be extended over to the following bill cycle. Remaining Platinum Surf Refresh data threshold will need to be breached first before the Platinum All-Month Surf’s 60GB data threshold for that month takes effect.
  4. Platinum Surf Refresh will be charged on top of the monthly recurring fee of ThePLATINUM Plan and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS. The charges will be included in the billing period when Platinum Surf Refresh was registered and will be reflected by offer name in the Billing Statement:

Bill Control Program

Subscriber may enroll his/her ThePLATINUM Plan or ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS in Globe’s Bill Control Program whereby the Subscriber’s plan will be automatically barred from performing outgoing services once his/her plan has reached or is about to reach its Spending Limit, as determined by Subscriber himself. “Spending Limit” refers to the maximum limit or cap that Subscriber is willing to incur for his/her mobile usage within a specific billing period. The Spending Limit, shall be, at all times, shall not be greater than the amount remaining after the MRF is deducted from the credit limit of the account, and shall not be less than Two Hundred Pesos (P200.00). Subscriber may enroll his/her ThePLATINUM Plan or ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS anytime by going to the nearest Globe Store, calling the Platinum Hotline, chatting with Thea, the Platinum Digital Assistant (glbe.co/Thea), or calling his/her Platinum Relationship Manager.

Gross Monthly Income

The Subscriber certifies that the declared Gross Monthly Income is aligned to the submitted Proof of Financial Income (POFC) to obtain and maintain the Globe Platinum Plan Subscription.

Paperless Billing

Globe shall send the Subscriber his/her Billing Statement on-line using the email address provided on the SA and via a text from GLOBEMYBILL which contains a secure link that will let the Subscriber view, download, save and print his/her billing statement using a mobile device, PC or laptop. The Subscriber undertakes that he/she has provided Globe with a valid and active email address on the SA. Should there be any changes on his/her email address, the Subscriber will notify Globe thereof by going to the nearest Globe Store, calling the Hotline, or logging on to the Globe Website myBill Account.

If the Subscriber requires a printed copy of his/her Billing Statement, he/she may (i) print a copy thereof by accessing his/her myBill Account through the Globe website (www.globe.com.ph or (ii) request for the delivery of his printed Billing Statement to his/her billing address .

Saddle Row Ride Kit

Globe undertakes that the Subscriber shall acknowledge and agree that

  1. he/she purchased the Saddle Row Ride Kit from HC Amber Athletics Inc. (“Saddle Row”),
  2. he/she consents that Globe can share his/her personal information such as name, mobile number and complete address with Saddle Row for the following purposes: (1) delivery, after sales support (replacement or repair) of the Saddle Row Ride Kit, and (2) redemption of Saddle Row online class vouchers via SHOOR,
  3. he/she agrees and abides by the Saddle Row’s terms and conditions, privacy policy and waiver, with regard to the use of the Saddle Row Ride Kit and online class vouchers, and
  4. he/she hold Globe, its subsidiaries and affiliates free and harmless from any claims that may arise as a result of the use of the Saddle Row Ride Kit and online class vouchers.

Other Provisions

If Subscriber’s subscription to his/her ThePLATINUM Plan or ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS is suspended/barred, the Subscriber shall still be billed for the MRF, but he/she shall not be able to use the service until Subscriber settles the overdue balance of his/her account in full. Packs will not be opted out/terminated but customer will not be able to use the service if barred/suspended. Upon reconnection, however, the same shall be re-activated without need of re-enrollment.

GLOBE reserves the right to add, delete or modify any or all of the offerings under ThePLATINUM Plan or ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS.

By proceeding with this application, the Subscriber hereby confirms that he/she has read and understood the foregoing Terms and Conditions specific to ThePLATINUM Plan with Saddle Row Ride Kit and that he/she agrees to be bound thereby.

Electric Studio Promo Certificate for The PLAN

General Description

These Terms and Conditions specific to the ThePLAN Subscription and Electric Studio Bike Bundle (“ThePLAN”) supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the SA and these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. All other terms and conditions of the SA not otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions shall remain binding and effective.

ThePLAN allows the Subscriber to create a mobile plan depending on his/her requirements. This plan may be availed with a line only, mobile gadget or 3rd party device. To build a plan, the Subscriber simply needs to choose and add together relevant and available surf, lifestyle or call and text packs (the “Packs”) under these Terms and Conditions.

Plans

ThePLAN requires enrollment in either:

  1. ThePLAN PLUS refers to a line only subscription consisting of a combination of different Packs chosen by the Subscriber. Being on a SIM Only plan gives the Subscriber an additional benefit of bonus value that may be used to avail more Packs:
    • Surf Pack which refers to any GoSURF offers that give the Subscriber specific data allocation in megabytes (MB) or gigabytes (GB) on a monthly basis;
    • Lifestyle Pack which refers to access or subscription to lifestyle, entertainment, music, or work related sites and apps; or
    • Call and Text Pack which refers to call and text bundles to local networks and International Direct Dialing (IDD) offers.

    The combination created herein above by the Subscriber will be his/her personalized ThePLAN for which he/she will be charged the corresponding Monthly Recurring Fee (“MRF”). The MRF shall be the minimum payment due to GLOBE. Under the ThePLAN PLUS, the Subscriber further agrees that he/she:
    1. Must maintain a mandatory Surf Pack offer, regardless of the plan, throughout the twenty four (24) months Holding Period/Lock-up,
    2. May change/replace any of the Packs enrolled in, as long as a Surf Pack offer is retained. Such changes/replacement shall be applied on the next bill cut-off period,
    3. May opt out from the his/her enrolled Lifestyle Pack or Call and Text Pack (“Non-Surf Pack”) without replacing the same with another pack but his/her MRF will remain the same as the value of the Pack opted-out shall be converted to consumable allowance unless the Subscriber applies for a change in his/her plan,
    4. Agrees that the consumable allowance includes exclusive use for local SMS, calls, and mobile browsing. Any and all unused consumable allowance will be forfeited after 30 days, and a new allocation of consumable allowance shall be provided at the next billing cycle. The consumable allowance absolutely excludes international roaming service, value-added services (e.g., ringtone, ring back tone), Share-A-Load service, and other content services. Additional corresponding fees shall be billed on top of the MRF for international roaming service, value-added services, Share-A-Load service and other content services,
    5. May decide in the future to avail a mobile gadget, the Subscriber would need to change his/her plan to the ThePLAN With a Gadget offer and will no longer get to enjoy the additional advantages of the ThePLAN PLUS,
    6. Aware that ThePLAN PLUS now comes with no Holding Period/Lock-up, and should Subscriber decide to terminate his/her plan or change his/her plan to ThePLAN With a Gadget anytime, he/she may do so without the need to pay a pre-termination fee. Subscriber will be required to pay all outstanding balances before such change is allowed. Change of plan with Gadget shall take effect in the next billing cycle with the new 24 months Holding Period/Lock-up to start.
  2. ThePLAN With Electric Studio Bike Bundlerefers to a plan subscription consisting of a combination of different Packs chosen by the Subscriber along with the Electric Studio Bike Bundle.

    The combination created herein above by the Subscriber will be his/her personalized ThePLAN With Electric Studio Bike Bundle during the Holding Period/Lock-up of 24 months from date of line activation for which he/she will be charged the corresponding Monthly Recurring Fee (“MRF”). The MRF shall be the minimum payment due Globe. Under the ThePLAN With Electric Studio Bike Bundle, the Subscriber further agrees that he/she:
     
    1. Must maintain a mandatory Surf Pack offer, regardless of the plan, throughout the twenty four (24) months Holding Period/Lock-up,

      Notes:
      1. Ride Kit Base Price refers the price of the device at the point of plan subscription.
      2. Cashout refers to the amount required from the customer to avail of the device at a certain plan.
      3. Unpaid monthly instalment refers to the portion of the cashout that has not been paid by the customer in cases of instalment arrangement.

Packs

  1. There are two types of Surf Packs, Base Surf Packs and Add Surf Packs. Base Surf Packs can only be availed one variant at a time and shall not co-exist with each other. Add Surf Packs are additional GBs that can be added on to the Base Surf Packs and can be availed multiple times.
  2. Enrolment in any one or a combination of available Lifestyle Pack and/or Call and Text Pack variants can be undertaken.
  3. Additional enrolment in a Pack will require either going to the nearest Globe Store, or calling the Hotline, or logging-on to the Globe website (Plan Builder). The corresponding monthly fee(s) for each Pack variants will be automatically charged on top of the MRF for the current bill period. The Pack(s) enrolled in will auto-renew every 30 days unless the Subscriber opts-out of or terminates the Pack. Opt out from or termination of the Pack will require either going to the nearest Globe Store or calling the Hotline. However, the Subscriber will not receive any refund or rebate for the unused monthly fee(s) for the Pack(s) opted-out regardless of opt out date.

MRF Round Up

The actual MRF for the ThePLAN shall be in accordance with Globe’s billing principle. Thus, the Subscriber agrees that his/her MRF will be rounded up if the resulting computed amount of the plan created is not in accordance with Globe’s billing principle; the difference will form part of the Subscriber’s consumable allowance that may be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Spending Limit Service

Subscriber’s ThePLAN will have a default Spending Limit, which is the amount he/she can spend for outgoing services (calls, texts, data) on top of his/her plan within a specific billing period. When this amount is reached, outgoing services may be disabled to help manage subscriber spending. The Spending Limit amount shall be at least minimum Php200 on top of his MRF amount.

The Spending Limit amount may be changed though Globe self-service channels, hotline, or Globe Store subject to the approval of Globe under existing criteria, terms and conditions. Globe reserves the right to review and revise the criteria, terms and conditions for the increase or decrease of the Spending Limit.

Paperless Billing

Globe shall send the Subscriber his/her Billing Statement digitally using the email address provided on the SA and via a text from GLOBEMYBILL which contains a secure link that will let the Subscriber view, download and save his/her billing statement using a phone, tablet, PC or laptop. The Subscriber undertakes that he/she has provided Globe with a valid and active e-mail address on the SA. Should there be any changes on his/her email address, the Subscriber will notify Globe thereof by going to the nearest Globe Store, calling the Hotline, or updating his info via *143#.

If the Subscriber requires a printed copy of his/her Billing Statement, he/she may (i) print a copy thereof by accessing his/her myBill Account through the Globe website (www.globe.com.ph); or (ii) when he/she downloads his/her bill from the text sent to him/her by GLOBEMYBILL.

Electric Studio Bike Bundle

Globe undertakes that the Subscriber shall acknowledge and agree that

  1. He/she directly sourced the Stationary Bike, which is part of the Electric Studio Bike Bundle, from Purefitness, Inc. (“Electric Studio”)
  2. That the complementary class vouchers, which form part of the Electric Studio Bike Bundle, are administered and managed by Electric Studio;
  3. He/she consents that Globe can share his/her personal information such as name, mobile number and complete address with Electric Studio and its third party partners for the following purposes: (1) delivery, after sales support (replacement or repair) of the Stationary Bike sourced from Purefitness, Inc., and (2) redemption of Electric Studio online class vouchers via the Electric Studio website
  4. He/she agrees and abides by Electric Studio’s terms and conditions, privacy policy and waiver, with regard to the use of the Electric Studio Bike and online class vouchers, including but not limited to the STUDIO’s Safety Waiver.
  5. He/she agrees and abides to SportFit Inc.’s terms and conditions and warranty certificate with regard to any after sales matter, request for service and repair and warranty fulfillment; and
  6. He/she hold Globe, its subsidiaries and affiliates free and harmless from any claims that may arise as a result of the use of the Electric Studio Bike and online class vouchers.

Other Provisions

Even if the Subscriber’s subscription to his/her ThePLAN is suspended/barred, the Subscriber shall still be billed for the MRF, but he/she shall not be able to use the service until the Subscriber settles the overdue balance of his/her account in full. Once suspended/barred, all variants of the Packs enrolled in shall be opted-out/terminated. Upon reconnection, however, the same shall be re-activated without need of re-enrollment.

GLOBE reserves the right to add, delete or modify any or all of the offerings under the ThePLAN.

General Description

These Terms and Conditions specific to ThePLATINUM Plan and Electric Studio Bike Bundle and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS (“Plans”) supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”) and Postpaid Subscription Agreement (www.globe.com.ph). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the SA and Platinum Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Platinum Terms and Conditions specific to the Plans shall prevail. All other terms and conditions of the SA not otherwise inconsistent with these Platinum Terms and Conditions shall remain applicable.

ThePLATINUM Plan and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS are available to new applicants, and existing Globe postpaid and Platinum subscribers. This plan may be availed with a line only, mobile gadget or 3rd party device. Regular Globe postpaid requirements apply. Additional requirements may be requested if deemed necessary. All applications are subject for approval.

ThePLATINUM Plan and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS have variants based on their Monthly Recurring Fees (MRF):

  1. Plan 3799
  2. Plan 4999
  3. Plan 7999

Regardless of variant, ThePLATINUM Plan and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS come with the following built-in services:

  1. Platinum All-Month Surf (up to 60 GB)
  2. Unlimited calls to all networks;
  3. Unlimited texts to all networks; and
  4. Unlimited calls to landline and DUO numbers in the same area.

    4. Php 1,500 worth of consumable allowance
  2. ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS 4999 which includes:
    1. Built-in services
    2. Dedicated Platinum relationship manager
    3. Five (5) days Data Roaming
    4. Php 2,250 worth of consumable allowance
  3. ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS 7999, which includes:
    1. Built-in services
    2. Dedicated Platinum relationship manager
    3. Seven (7) days Roam Surf
    4. Php 4,250 worth of consumable allowance

 

ThePLATINUM Plan shall have a holding period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of line activation (“Holding Period”), depending on the choice of device. ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS shall have no holding period.

Upon enrollment in ThePLATINUM Plan and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS, the Subscriber further agrees that:

  1. For plans inclusive of the consumable allowance, it shall be used for:
    1. International calls and texts
    2. Subscription to select digital content
    3. Roaming calls and texts
    Upon activation, the consumable allowance shall be provided in full and without proration. Any and all unused consumable allowance will be forfeited after every billing cycle, and the allowance shall be refreshed at the next billing cycle.
  2. Regular rates for international calls and texts, and zonal rates for roaming calls and texts will apply. Any charges exceeding the consumable allowance will be billed on top of the monthly recurring fee.
  3. The consumable allowance will not be used for any data roaming promos or per MB charging. All charges from mobile data roaming will be billed on top of the monthly recurring fee.
  4. With the Platinum All-Month Surf, Subscriber will enjoy continuous local data surfing without additional charges. When he/she has exceeded the 60GB, Globe’s Fair Use Policy will apply to this service. Globe will implement network management control measures to give all its customers the opportunity to enjoy Globe network.
  5. For ThePLATINUM Plan, the Subscriber may avail the services of a dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager for Php 199 every month. The amount will be deducted from the consumable allowance and will auto-renew every billing cycle. The subscriber can opt out of the dedicated Platinum Manager at any time with the modification taking effect on the next billing cycle. A dedicated Platinum Relationship Manager is included in ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS and will not deduct any amount from the consumable allowance. In the absence of available consumable allowance, the amount will be billed on top of the monthly recurring fee.
  6. The Subscriber may opt-in to selected content subscriptions and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the consumable allowance. If applicable, the content subscription will auto-renew and deduct from the consumable allowance every billing cycle unless the Subscriber opts-out of or terminates the content subscription. The subscriber can opt-out of a subscription at any time and the modification will take effect on the next billing cycle. Opt-out from or termination of the content subscription will require either going to the nearest Globe Store or calling the Platinum Hotline or by chatting Thea (glbe.co/Thea), the Platinum Digital Assistant, or by calling his/her Platinum Relationship Managers . However, the Subscriber will not receive any refund or rebate for the unused consumable allowance for the content subscription opted-out regardless of opt out date. In the absence of available consumable allowance, the charges will be billed on top of the monthly recurring fee.
  7. During the Holding Period for ThePLATINUM Plan, the subscriber shall not terminate nor downgrade his/her plan.

    Otherwise, a pre-termination fee based on the formula below and P550 administration fee will be charged against the Subscriber.

Platinum Surf Refresh is available to existing ThePLATINUM Plan and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS subscribers (“Subscriber”), whose mobile data experience have reached the 60GB threshold of the Platinum All-Month Surf within one bill cycle.

The Subscriber may register to any of the following Platinum Surf Refresh variants:

    3. Valid for fifteen (15) days

  2. Subscriber may only register to Platinum Surf Refresh Freebie once and may register multiple times to Platinum Surf Refresh 299 and Platinum Surf Refresh 599. All Platinum Surf Refresh may be used simultaneously.
  3. When Subscriber is registered to multiple Platinum Surf Refresh simultaneously, data threshold will be consolidated and will expire fifteen (15) days after the most recent promo registration. Unused and unexpired data threshold will be extended over to the following bill cycle. Remaining Platinum Surf Refresh data threshold will need to be breached first before the Platinum All-Month Surf’s 60GB data threshold for that month takes effect.
  4. Platinum Surf Refresh will be charged on top of the monthly recurring fee of ThePLATINUM Plan and ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS. The charges will be included in the billing period when Platinum Surf Refresh was registered and will be reflected by offer name in the Billing Statement:

Bill Control Program

Subscriber may enroll his/her ThePLATINUM Plan or ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS in Globe’s Bill Control Program whereby the Subscriber’s plan will be automatically barred from performing outgoing services once his/her plan has reached or is about to reach its Spending Limit, as determined by Subscriber himself. “Spending Limit” refers to the maximum limit or cap that Subscriber is willing to incur for his/her mobile usage within a specific billing period. The Spending Limit, shall be, at all times, shall not be greater than the amount remaining after the MRF is deducted from the credit limit of the account, and shall not be less than Two Hundred Pesos (P200.00). Subscriber may enroll his/her ThePLATINUM Plan or ThePLATINUM Plan PLUS anytime by going to the nearest Globe Store, calling the Platinum Hotline, chatting with Thea, the Platinum Digital Assistant (glbe.co/Thea), or calling his/her Platinum Relationship Manager.

Gross Monthly Income

The Subscriber certifies that the declared Gross Monthly Income is aligned to the submitted Proof of Financial Income (POFC) to obtain and maintain the Globe Platinum Plan Subscription.

Paperless Billing
