General Description:
These Special Terms supplements the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”) and Terms and Conditions specific to the Globe At Home Plans (“T&C”) (the SA and T&C shall be collectively referred to as “Agreement”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Agreement, the provisions of these Special Terms shall prevail as to the subject matter herein contained. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not otherwise inconsistent with these Special Terms shall remain binding and effective.
Eligibility: New Subscribers and Existing Subscribers:
- New and existing subscribers of the new Globe At Home plans are eligible for a device add-on for Plans 5Mbps and up. For existing subscribers, availment of device add-ons will refresh the Holding Period of their plan to include the number of installment months indicated in the table below or retain the current Holding Period, whichever is longer.
- Go Unli plans are valid for residential applications only and not available for commercial and internet shops. Globe At Home reserves the right to refuse the service if found violating the policy.
No Lock Up for New Subscribers & Switchers:
- New Subscribers of the new Globe At Home plans are eligible for the no lock up plans
- Switcher client will be billed P0.00 for the first 3 months listed below
Trial Plan for New Subscribers:
New Subscribers of the new Globe At Home plans are eligible for a three month trial plan:
- P2,500 for DSL
- P4,500 for VDSL/GPON/Fiber

At the end of the 3-months Switcher Period, the plan subscribed to will now be billed.
Content:
Billing charges will now be the MRF of the plan, and other charges of the following content tack-ons subject to availment and/or continuing availment by the Subscriber:
- Netflix: P460/ month starting on the 7th month
Refund Policy: No Lock Up & Switcher:
At any time within 15 days after activation of account, the Subscriber can choose to opt-out and redeem their 100% modem fee refund upon terminating their account, settling their outstanding balance, presenting their Acknowledgement Receipt and returning the following to any Globe Store:
- Modem
- Telephone set
- Adaptor
The Subscriber also agrees to pay the final bill, if any. In case Subscriber is not able to fulfill any of the conditions mentioned above, the Subscriber shall not be eligible for the return of the modem fee in part or in full.
Except for any advance payment and/or modem fee made by the subscriber on his/her own volition, the Subscriber is not entitled to any discounts or credit from Globe.
Notwithstanding anything contrary in any related acknowledgement receipt or sales invoice, the modem fee for the modem/telephone set/adaptor shall be returned to the Subscriber subject to the Special Terms.
Globe reserves the right to add, delete or modify any or all of the offerings under the Globe At Home trial plan.
By checking "I hereby agree to the Terms & Conditions", Subscriber hereby confirms that he/she has read and understood the foregoing Special Terms specific to the Globe At Home trial plans and that he/she agrees to be bound thereby.
Installation:
Installations made on the same day of submission of application forms to direct sales agents are temporary in nature and subject to the conduct of full verification of documents and IDs submitted to confirm identity of the applicant.
