NOTICE

  • The devices connected to the Xtreme Postpaid Wifi modem must be limited to 4 at a time
  • Minimum internet browsing experience is 256kbps
  • Xtreme Postpaid Wifi plans are not available for those residing in buildings and condominiums
  • This plan is not optimal for residences near high rise buildings
  • Free to Air Channel availability is dependent on signal strength and area/location

 

 

General Description
These Special Terms supplements the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”) and Terms and Conditions specific to the Globe At Home Plans (“T&C”) (the SA and T&C shall be collectively referred to as “Agreement”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Agreement, the provisions of these Special Terms shall prevail as to the subject matter herein contained. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not otherwise inconsistent with these Special Terms shall remain binding and effective.

Eligibility
  • Xtreme plans are valid for residential applications only and not available for commercial, business, and internet shops.
  • Applicable to local residents only
  • Globe At Home reserves the right to terminate if found violating the policy.
Device Add-Ons Subscribers of the Globe At Home Xtreme Postpaid Wifi plans are not eligible for device add-ons.
Content Billing charges include the base MRF (Monthly Recurring Fee) and other content tack-ons subject to subscriber availment at the end of the free three-month subscription:

Amazon Prime Video: Php 300 / month starting on the 4th month

 

XTreme Wifi Plan Policies

Use of Service
  • Use of the service must be within nominated installation address only
  • The service will not be available outside of the nominated installation address.
  • The SIM inserted in the modem must not be removed and will not work in any other device. Removing SIM will void your device warranty.
Aftersales If the service is slow or intermittent, subscribers may reach Globe through the Globe At Home app (available in Google Playstore and IOS App Store), chat assistant via Facebook messenger, or through the website portal (https://www.globe.com.ph/help/broadband/streamwatch-xtreme-postpaid-wifi.html).
Return and Refund
  • From the date of purchase, the subscriber has 30 days upon receipt of the modem to return the defective Xtreme Postpaid WiFi device in any Globe Store nationwide.
  • In case of return, the one-month advance payment (P999 or P1499) will be credited to the subscriber.
  • Globe will no longer refund the delivery fee to the customer
  • Customer must bring the following
    • Modem
    • Power cable
    • Remote
    • Antenna
    • RCA/HDMI cable
Return and Refund
  • From the date of purchase, the subscriber has 30 days upon receipt of the modem to replace the defective Xtreme Postpaid WiFi device in any Globe Store nationwide.
  • Modem replacement may only be done once
  • Customer must bring the following:
    • Modem
    • Power cable
    • Remote
    • Antenna
    • RCA cable
    • Official receipt
Repair
  • All Globe Xtreme WiFi customers are not eligible for a technician visit
  • After 30 days replacement/refund period, visit the nearest Intogadgets Service Center for repair of device
Pre-termination Policy Standard termination fees (P4900) will apply for all requests done after the 30-day replacement period
