Xtreme Postpaid WiFi - Terms and Conditions
These Special Terms supplements the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”) and Terms and Conditions specific to the Globe At Home Plans (“T&C”) (the SA and T&C shall be collectively referred to as “Agreement”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Agreement, the provisions of these Special Terms shall prevail as to the subject matter herein contained. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not otherwise inconsistent with these Special Terms shall remain binding and effective.

Eligibility: New Subscribers
Xtreme Wifi Plan are valid for residential applications only and not available for commercial, business, and internet shops. Globe At Home reserves the right to terminate if found violating the policy.

Minimum internet browsing experience is at 256kbps. Maximum devices to be connected to the modem for optimum internet connection should be limited to 4 at a time.

Billing charges will now be the MSF of the plan, and other charges of the following content tack-ons subject to availment and/or continuing availment by the Subscriber:

  • a. Amazon Prime Video: Php 300 / month starting on the 4th month
  • b. iflix: Php 149 / month starting on the 4th month.

Except for any advance payment by the subscriber on his/her own volition, the subscriber is not entitled to any discounts or credit from Globe.
Use of service must be within registered address only. Service is not available outside of the nominated address.
If service is slow or intermittent, subscribers can reach Globe through the hotline, the chatbot ‘Globe At Home' or through the website portal.

Globe reserves the right to add, delete or modify any or all of the offerings under the Globe At Home Xtreme Postpaid Wifi Plans

Return and Pre-termination Fee
The customer has 30 days upon receipt of the modem to replace defective Xtreme Postpaid WiFi unit in any Globe Store nationwide. Modem replacement can only be done once. Standard Fees (P4900) will apply for all returns done post the 30-day replacement period.

In case of return, one month advance payment (P999 or P1499) will be credited to the subscriber.

By affixing his/her signature below, Subscriber hereby confirms that he/she has read and understood the foregoing Special Terms specific to the Globe At Home plans that he/she agrees to be bound thereby.
